EAP Preferred is a confidential and voluntary program. Maintaining your confidentiality is very important to us. The EAP adheres to Federal and State confidentiality regulations, including HIPAA. Your contact with EAP Preferred will not be revealed to anyone, including your company, without your written consent, except where required by law.
