Critical Incident Stress Debriefing an
intervention for employees following a traumatic event such as the
injury or death of a coworker.
Management Consultation to assist supervisors
in dealing with employees with job performance or workplace behavior
problems.
Organizational Consultation to help in dealing
with issues of violence in the workplace, sexual harassment, drug-free
workplace, organizational change and critical incidents.
Orientation for employees to introduce them to
the EAP services and to answer any questions they may have.
Orientation for Supervisors in using the EAP
referral to assist them in dealing with employees exhibiting problem
behaviors such as poor attendance, unacceptable conduct, and poor job
performance.
On-line EAP work/life; articles and
information on behavioral health, wellness, legal issues, finances,
parenting, and substance abuse plus self-assessment tools
Legal Services: Free initial office or phone
consultation per separate incident with a network attorney and reduced
legal fees with participating attorneys. Covers virtually all legal
matters. Unlimited access to the legal/financial website with more than
1,000 articles and 1,200 legal and financial forms.
Financial Services: Free telephone
consultation, from 30 minutes to an hour, with a financial counselor.
Covers such issues as credit counseling; tax, retirement and college

Training for employees in a range of topics
from professional conduct to wellness.
Supervisory Training to deal with the troubled
employee. Training in observation, documentation and appropriate
action.
Promotional Materials Brochures in English and
Spanish, wallet cards, posters and pay envelope stuffers and articles
that encourage employees to use their EAP.
Drug-Free Workplace Program implementation and
training, employee assessment, treatment planning, referral and case
management provided by Substance Abuse Professionals who meet DOT
regulation requirements.
Quarterly and Annual Reports is provided
